Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or software deactivation instructions.
Ship Your Item
For physical goods, securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship it to our designated processing center.
Receive Refund
